However, If you receive a damaged product or encounter any issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide the relevant order number. We will verify the problem and arrange for the return and refund. Please ensure that the product and packaging are intact, and you will need to arrange for the damaged items to be sent back. After verification, we will process the refund. We reserve the final decision in case of any disputes.
Important Reminder:
We do not offer free return shipping unless the product was damaged during shipping. We provide high-resolution videos and photos for each product, so please review them carefully and confirm the product's condition before purchasing. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product, and items should be returned to the address we specify. All shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
